6: 220 6 OUT 220 REPEAT & CORRECTED Two employee beverages were observed on the prep table (across from the three-compartment sink) above where clean dishware is stored and near where food preparation occurs.
Corrective Actions: Correction: The employee beverages were moved. Employees may drink from a closed beverage container or a coffee cup style lid if the container is handled to prevent contamination of (1) The employee's hands, (2) The container, and (3) Exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. * Corrected during inspection*
36: 1320 (A-D) 36 OUT 1320 Several cold holding units did not have accurate, visible thermometers in the warmest part.
Corrective Actions: Correction: Within the next seven (7) days please obtain thermometers and ensure every cold holding unit has a thermometer that works and is located near the warmest part of the unit

NOTE: Good job with employee handwashing during today’s inspection. Verbally reviewed hand washing policy, allergens, employee health policy, & some food suppliers.
Discussed the regulation changes including: starting summer 2021 for there to be a written vomiting and diarrheal clean up procedures (VDH / VDACS Guidance for clean-up June 2021 guidance left) and you already should have supplies needed for a clean up kit; also starting summer 2021 you must post all pages of your most recent inspection OR post a sign saying inspection is available for viewing on request (QR code poster on entrance door) – you can post this near your food permit which also must be visible to the public / your customers .
