Corrective Actions: Repair, replace, repurpose, or remove from establishment. Unit cannot be used until it has ben repaired to cold hold food at 41F or below. Ideal temperature is between 34F and 36F to allow for frequent opening. PIC has decided to keep establishment closed until walk-in cooler is repaired.
