The facility is using multi use portable jugs as a potable water supply. they have rented a generator for mobile unit showing.
The facility and it's owners understand that to operate as a mobile unit they must have onboard potable water enough to supply all hand washing and dish washing requirements for they days operation. When hooking up to city water a NSF food grade hose is required. A generator is required to operate the unit as a mobile entity when not using hardwire hook up.
The unit understands that when required to present to the unit upon request they must have all items required for the days operation at the time of inspection. This may occur at least once per year.
