39: 690 Owner states he is cleaning the ice out of the freezer regularly, but it is still frosting up. Sayd his son has not been able to fix it and he has spoken to Walmart management. Areas under worst frost areas are clear of food currently.
Corrective Actions: By 12/6/23, have the freezer repaired or a work order that it is in process. This build up of frost can bee a food contamination hazard, and was supposed to be fixed by 11/2/23.
40: 240 Although I did not see owner engaged in food prep, he did not have any beard nets on site either. States they are on the food truck.
Corrective Actions: By 12/6/23, have beard nets in the establishment and use when doing food prep.
Saw they now have hot dogs, hamburgers, and fries on menu. Hot dogs done in microwave. Fries cooked in oven. Have electric skillet for hamburgers, but they are fully cooked.
