Observed an email of the following corrections:
#5) 12VAC5-421-255: Observed a vomit and diarrheal clean-up kit with a box of face masks, a pair of googles, a ziploc bag, a box of single-use gloves, a container of kitty litter, and the VDH Guidance for Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events in Food Establishment
#16) 12VAC5-421-1780(E): Observed the inside of the ice machine including the white plate and the bottom of the machine to be clean to sight. Observed no black or orange residue.
