Permit posted is good through 10/31/22. EHD shows they have paid through 10/31/23, but Mr. Revely has nopt received permit yet. Called Mark and he will reprint. If you do not receive in 2 weeks, call LHD ask ask for Mark, Sara, or Laura. VDH QR code sign posted. This location cooks all items in stove here - no outdoor cooking and don't get pork cooked butts from other location. Should not affect him when Lakeside closes. Gave owner new VDH Hepatitis A poster. Front prep not working - not using. Part on order. Have Chlorox bleach sanitizer and has test strips.
