12VAC5-421-70 (15) - Person in Charge. Corrected. Observed that food employees have signed the Office of Environmental Health Services Guide to Employee Health in Food Establishment packet (located in office).
12VAC5-421-3045 - Handwashing Signage/Handwashing Facilities. Corrected. Observed two handwashing signs in the men's restroom reminding food employees to wash hands before returning to work.
- During follow-up inspection, observed that the front fryer wheel's have minimal grease. Discussed with person in charge to continue with degreasing the wiring/piping under the fryers.
