Observations & Corrective Actions
51: 2350 (ii) Hand sink in back office/mop room area turned off as it is leaking. Manager states they can turn on but leaks.
Corrective Actions: There are multiple other working hand sinks throughout kitchen/back, but as pizza prep does happen in this area (and was happening when I was there), have sink repaired or replaced to be working and accessible within 90 days (by 3/5/24).
Additional Comments
Permit good through 3/31/24.
Gave Manager cell phone flyer.
