Corrective Actions: 1. The ceiling of the kitchen, dishroom, and bathroom needs to be smooth, durable, and cleanable. (90 days to correct.) 2. The floor needs to be smooth, durable, and cleanable to prevent dirt and debris build up. (Corrected. PIC will use a shop vac to keep this area clean.)
Discussed the need for a backflow prevention device for the mop sink if attaching a hose that is long enough to sit below the flood rim, or attaching a chemical mixing system.
