48: 1530 Vendor brought pH strips for Quat sanitizer, auto dispense which tested correctly on my strips. Corrective Actions: Vendor to bring Quat test strips tomorrow and I will check at 30 day inspection.
56: 3080 Hand sink at service area now has sufficient light but directly at prep only 7 fc. Corrective Actions: Before opening, direct another light to prep to equal 20 fc light (Owner has light meter). Will check at 30 day inspection.

F/U from 10/27/22 Pre-opening checklist: Employee restroom has coving and self-closing door. Upstairs storage has flooring and hole in wall fixed. Service area hand sink now has 45 fc. 3-compt sink - Sanitizer/MC-10/Quat. Discussed 30 day inspection. Discussed Employee Health Policy and what I will be looking for at 30 day inspection. Gave owner Hepatitis A posters in English and Spanish and discussed. Gave owner VDH-QR code sign and discussed. This and permit need to be posted publicly. Gave owner 3-comp sink signs in English and Spanish and discussed this re: handwashing and dishwasher use too. Permit given.
