48: 1530 Vendor brought pH strips for Quat sanitizer, auto dispense which tested correctly on my strips.
Corrective Actions: Vendor to bring Quat test strips tomorrow and I will check at 30 day inspection.

56: 3080 Hand sink at service area now has sufficient light but directly at prep only 7 fc.
Corrective Actions: Before opening, direct another light to prep to equal 20 fc light (Owner has light meter). Will check at 30 day inspection.

Upstairs storage has flooring and hole in wall fixed.
