Corrective Actions: Move TCS food to another cold holding unit that can maintain 41F or below. (PIC moved food to another cold holding unit.)

Additional Comments

Discussed the need for accurate thermometers in cold holding units and at least one thermometer that can be calibrated. Discussed the new kitchen build and current progress.
