Hand washing sink stocked. Splash guard placed in between 3 vat sink and hand sink. Clean up caulk so surface is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed food grade hose removed from other truck and placed on this one. Each truck needs a food grade hose. No attached waste tank attached to unit. Need quick disconnect on larger holding tank. Sanitizer and test strips available. Windows covered and sealed. Lightbulbs covered in hood system. Fire marshal inspection obtained. Food thermometer available. Openings sealed. Front of prep unit where eletronics are is gapped open and loose. Drying rack placed over 3 vat sink. Glvoes available. Trash can available. Call when ready for re-inspection.
