55: 2790 The floor drain in front of the handsink is not flush with the floor and is recessed into the floor about 2 inches. This is not smooth and easily cleanable. This is also a trip hazard. (45 days to correct.)
Corrective Actions: The floor must be smooth and easily cleanable. (GM is working with a machinest to cover the hole and still have drain access. GM will email EHS when complete.)
Corrected since last inspection:
#55 - 2790 - The floor drain near the drive through window is now flush with the floor.
