The power went out due to storms last night and has been off for the entirety of the night since. The facility attempted to place most of their food items in the walk-in coolers and freezers to help save the product.

Upon inspection it was observed that multiple food products in the walk-in coolers were beyond saving due to a signifcant time of tmperature abuse.

Nearly all of the food products that were cooked or prepped the night before were out of temperature. Shrimp tempura, fried chicken, fried tofu, rice, raw shell eggs, sauted vegetables, ham, roasts were all at 53-58°F upon inspection.

The manager on site were directed to discard the unsafe food items due to temperature abuse. The manager agreed to discard the food items but was given time to catalog the products for insurance. Will return to monitor progess and ensure no other products are at risk.

All sushi grade fish were in good condition and temperature.

Power was restored during visit. Food items were still directed to be discarded but remaining food items are safe to serve.
