This is the documentation of the training for the policy you have. Lines above new bar area downstairs are for fire suppression, not sewer. Hand sink is next to wash station that could present a contamination hazard, although they are at different levels. Will monitor this and require shielding if needed. Hand wash signs have been ordered and will be installed in bathrooms and at bar handsink when they arrive. If not here by opening, please print simple signs on computer and put up temporarily. Reduced pressure zone backflow preventer installed. In dry storage. Still some work going on in basement. Pre-opening, will need to wash and sanitize all surfaces and dishware.
