The floor drain in front of the handsink has the same type of cap, however, this drain is recessed into the floor about 2 inches. This also is not smooth and easily cleanable. This is also a trip hazard. (45 days to correct.)
Corrective Actions: The floor must be smooth and easily cleanable.
Requested plans to be sent to the Health Department and Building Department if any structural or physical changes are planned for the establishment.
