I visited this location this afternoon for a 2nd pre-opening this afternoon. The VDH food permit was issued and you can open to prepare and serve food. The correct owner is El Bernal Inc.
There was much better water pressure with the addition of the tanked hot water heater. Water was found to be 130F at the three-compartment sink and water was found to be 135 F at a front hand sink.
