Observations & Corrective Actions
55: 2810 Spoke to AGM David Kitzmiller, as tile issues in front of walk-in, coving on either side of walk-in, coving in dry storage outside walk-in freezer has still not been repaired despite fact that restaurant has the tile. Tile are also missing off men's bathroom wall. These areas are no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
Corrective Actions: Per discussion with Mr. Kitzmiller, these areas are to be repaired by 6/1/23.
