- Observed that the water temperature for the 3 compartment sink was maintaining at 90 degrees fahrenheit. The 3 compartment sink should be able to maintain a minimum temperature of 110 degrees fahrenheit. Handwashing sink needs to maintain a temperature of 100 degrees fahrenheit. Upgrade/change out hot water tank.
- Observed a leak dripping off a blue pipe connected to the hot water tank. Fix leak.
- Obtain a food thermometer.
- Permit was not issued. Follow-up required.
