Please check there and if you cannot find current permit, please call 434-477-5921 and ask for Mark Miller. VDH variance for acidified rice posted next to permit. VDH QR code sign informing public they can look at most recent inspection posted at Point of Sale. They last made sushi 11/11/22 as sushi display is making odd sound. Records show pH meter calibration done that day. Have pH meter and buffer supplies. Checked owner's thermometer versus mine on stir fry chicken on hot bar and both = 152F.
