47: 12VAC5-421-1100.A Observed multiple seems around the walls where it connects with the ceiling, additionally floor under the stove unit was not sealed and actively leaking under the mobile unit.
Corrective Actions: All not sealed cracks or openings should be sealed to allow the surface to be smooth and easily cleanable to prevent leaks and properly seal.

48: 12VAC5-421-1530 Observed Chlorine test strips for multi quat test strips.
Corrective Actions: PIC purchased Qt-40 test strips for testing.

Additional Comments

Observed the Fresh water tank to not have the capacity to fill the three compartment sinks and still have capacity for handwashing capability. Additionally the hot water heater does not have the capability to continue hot water throughout use. The models provided were changed compared to the water submitted for use. PIC is currently working and while solving water supply issues will be fixing three leaks witnessed in the plumbing of the three compartment sink.
