7/19/22 - Ana sent me photos of tongs purchased to replace gloved handling of some items on line like cheese, lettuce. Also, new lid for dry good container missing one. Also drip pan for hood in back. Also training log for training discussed for Risk Control Plan. Will f/u at next routine inspection to see how training went and if she has noticed a difference and will observe for handwashing, correct glove use.
