16: 1780 Observed signifcant soilage on the soda nozzle.
Corrective Actions: PIC will implement a cleaning routine to prevent accumaltion of soilage and maintain clean food contact surfaces before (8/26/24)

23: 840 Observed disregarding the stated date marking policy on the deli meat container, in addition to no additional date labeling on opened Bologna
Corrective Actions: Addherance to the stated date marking policy shall be reinstated with a training on proper date labeling before (5/20/24)

41: 570 Observed wiping cloths in hazy and cloudy, soiled sanitizer solution.
Corrective Actions: PIC replaced the sanibucket with a fresh solution and new cleaning rag to restore functionalilty.

44: 2000 (A) (B) (D) Observed pitchers, utensils, and small cups stored dry on soilaged pans. In addtion to observation of bus bins in the dish pit stored on the ground.
Corrective Actions: All multiuse plates, utensils, or any food contact surfaces shall be stored dry, in/on a clean surface and at minimum 6 inches off of the floor. Fix before (5/16/24)

48: 1520 Observed no irreversible test strips available on site for testing the dishwasher.
Corrective Actions: PIC has ordered a surface plate thermometer to measure the maximum heat of the dishmachine arriving next week.

48: 1350 Observed the rinse temperature gauge out of order.
Corrective Actions: The funtionality of the temperature gauge shall be restored by (5/26/24)

49: 1770 (C) Observed heavy soilage on equipment of the warewashing station.
Corrective Actions: Equipment should be maintained clean to prevent contamination, an update of cleaning routines will need to addressed and implemented befoer (08/16/24)

51: 2270 Observed a missing backflow prevention device on the carbinator for the soda machine.
Corrective Actions: PIC has notified maintenance company to examine the carbinator for backflow prevention device. If backflow prevention device can not be identified by the company it needs to be added for prevention of carbonic acid and copper pipes with functionality restored by (5/19/24)

55: 2830 Observed incomplete coved moulding in the base of the wall to floor gap.
Corrective Actions: Coved moulding will be completed around the bottom of the floor in the kitchen completed by (08/16/24)
