Pre-opening inspection. Missing the following items: a hand washing sign at hand sink, splashguard between hand sink and 3 compartment sink, drying racks for utensils & equipment, missing filters over cook line, new cutting board on prep unit, covers for lightbulbs in hood system, food grade hose, sanitizer and test strips, food thermometer, gloves, and trash can. Mold on racks in reach in freezer - clean. Need fire marshall inspection prior to permit. No windows - need windows/screens to protect from elements and pests. Remove protective wrapping from surfaces. Seal any gaps or openings in walls and coving. Call when ready for re-inspection.
