This visit was made to conduct a pre-opening inspection of the temporary kitchen trailer to be utilized while the facility's main kitchen is remodeled.

On March 27, 2024, facility is approved for permit by Health Department. This report shall serve as a permit to operate until your official permit is received.

Any changes to floor plan, equipment or menu/special processes shall be pre-approved by the Alexandria Health Department.
