12: No parasite destruction for salmon offored under cooked on menu. Hold order on salmon. Do not sale any salmon until the State of Tennessee has received parasite destruction form.

20: Turkey received this morning was out of temp. Pic placed turkey in wif to rapidly cool down to 31 degrees F.

21: Cream cheese mix in wic mixed longer than 24 hours ago not date marked in wic. Item was thrown away.

26: Spray bottle with yellow liquid inside at dish machine are was not labled. Pic labeled spray bottle properly. Hand sanitizer stored near dishes and in wait staff area. Bottles were removed away from food product and food contact surfaces.

35: Bread crumbs put into a different container were not labeled.

37: Quinoa, flour, and sugar were not covered.

43: Single service cups near grill line were not inverted.

45: Cutting boards on make lines have deep grooves in them.
