8: Missing hand sink on make line. Pic said they removed it because it was leaking. Currently using one of the compartments of the 4 comp sink. The side they are using is the one located next to wash compartment.

14: Observed employee with 3 comp set up bypass sanitizing and was just rinsing.

19: All tcs foods in hot box nearest dry storage. Temp range was 110-118. Pic identified breaker had flipped. Asked pic to reheat to 165.

33: 3 turkeys thawing in standing water.

44: Observed employee at his station grab sani towel feom bucket to wipe his area. He then attempted to resume food prep before changing gloves.

53: Floor needs to be resealed.
