47: Accumulation of food debris observed on refrigerator gaskets and doors. Clean and sanitize on a more routine basis.

47: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(a)1.(iii) Fire service company noted accumulation of grease build up causing the suppression system not to activate. Per management, repairs are ordered. Ensure suppression system is functional.

53: Accumulated grease build up on walls/ceiling near cookline. Clean and sanitize on a more routine basis.

Additional Comments

Fire Dept responded to grease fire on 11/8/21. Fire was extinguished using handheld (which was replaced prior to reopening). No report of injuries. Power was not lost. Food items in nearby area were discarded and management described the cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Grease in fryers was changed prior to resuming use.
Fire Dept provided report with approval to operate.
