6: Employee handled phone and did not wash hands before handling food product. Corrected by discussing proper hand washing. Anytime employee changes tasks, they must wash hands. A warning letter will be requested due to this repeated item violation.

21: Opened bag of sliced ham in make line cooler is not date marked. Corrected by embargoing ham and discussing proper date marking. A warning letter will be requested due to this being a repeated violation.

26: Chemical spray bottle stored next to food product not labeled or stored correctly. Corrected by properly storing and labeling bottle and discussing proper storage.

35: Chips in quart bags not labeled. Chips are taken from bulk lays chips bags and placed in clear plastic bags.

37: Employee drink, cell phone, car keys stored on prep table.

53: Excessive ice build up in ric. Bottom section of freezer is in poor repair. Ric on make line is in poor repair, door completely fell off when i opened it.

56: Current inspection is not posted.

Discussed proper hand washing, ware washing, food source, food storage, holding and cook temps, cooling when applicable, employee hygiene, employee health, demonstration of knowledge, and storage and use of toxic items.
