Additional Comments

Complaint- food borne illness complaints from several people sent into the state on 7-18-22 from a conference attended on 7-15-22 from the same buffet eaten on friday night at around 6pm. Buffet menu attached to report as well as food temp logs from that day.
Person in charge stated that they were made aware of the complaints and they knew of 1 customer was currently hospitalized due to their symptoms.
Person in charge stated no employees have reported being sick.
No food from that day was left over, any leftovers were thrown away.
