Reviewed and discussed ensuring hand sink is always stocked with paper towels and soap, as currently it is stocked by facility and is low.

Chest freezer thermometer is broken, a new thermometer needs to placed inside.

Reciewed and discussed relabeling bulk product containers that have fading labels.

Reviewed and discussed cleaning schedule for apcan upening ugensils on prep table.

Reviewed proper storage of raw food such as hard shelled eggs below and away from ready to eat food. As during inspection eggs were stored not directly anove but adjacent to potatos in walk in cooler.
