Corrective action - spoke with manager about retraining hand washing procedure.

8: 1200-23-01-.06(3)(a) Back hand sink near 3 compartment sink does not have water. Corrective action - Must replace battery

13: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Commercially cooked eggs stored next to raw hamburger patty containers in grill prep cooler. Corrective action - moved

18: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)4. Burritos in Reach in pancake cooler at 70°. Pic stated that they were made at 6 am. Items have been cooling for more than 4 hrs. and has not been cooled in appropriate amount of time. Corrective action - embargoed and trained on cooling process .
