*15: Spray bottle with Fabuloso inside was stored with clean linens on folding table in Laundry Room. All chemical spray bottles are stored or hanging on three comp sink in Laundry Room. Several fabuloso bottles labeled incorrectly in Laundry Room.

*15: Two spray bottles with yellow liquid inside on housekeepers located on third floor storage room.

25: Black mold growing on caulk in bathroom in room 101. Missing stopper in hand sink in room 101.

33: Sheet in room 121 appears to be stained and there is a hair on the sheet.

35: Inside refrigerator damaged located in room 427. Drawer inside refrigerator dirty in room 427.
