Responded to 12/18/23 complaint. Observed live cockroaches in pest control traps but did not observe any live cockroaches during environmental check. Person in Charge stated holmes pest control was at establishment on 12/15/2023, US pest control was at establishment 2 hours prior to arrival for inspection. Management stated they always had two different pest control companies due to the age of the building. Didn't see any signs of infestation and no further investigation required
