8: Two of three Hand sinks do not have working paper towels. Fixed the problem

18: Meatball cooked yesterday per management temped at 44 degrees. Threw out

19: Chicken breast not at proper temperature. Threw away

20: Hicken pieces double panned in cooler next to ovens. Discusseed cold holding and not double panning the tcs productsin this cooler

26: Spray bottles store on top of the ice machine.

47: Outside of the equipment is dirty.

53: Floors and walls are dirty. Fan cover in the wic is very dustty
