Additional Comments

Complaint from 5-17-22- employee stated raw sausage and bacon were left out all day and not refigerated. At the time of inspection, raw bacon and sasuage were stored in the back of the kitchen on a rack. See report for CA.
Person in charge stated this was not their normal procedure. A new policy on prepping baoon amd sasuage by person in charge was created and attached to this report. Follow up required to ensure new pricedures are being followed.
