425, 325, 309 Unable to get into room 425. Room 423 had patrons staying inside. The head housekeeper knocked on the door of room 423. Patron came to the door. We told him who we were and if we could enter into the room to perform a follow up inspection on the room. The gentleman at the door stated "Right Now?". It was stated that we could come back later or I could come back another day. That is when a lady came to the door stating they had issues with the hotel. The gentleman stated that they were going to leave. The head housekeeper and I went to inspect room 427. Patrons left room 423 and stated to the manager that someone came into their room. Unsure what they were talking about, we did not go into their room. Discussed with manager what happened.

Manager stated that the rooms had been cleared by Orkin. After the patrons checked out of room 423, we went into room 423 and inspected the room. All rooms that were inspected above, did not have any live roaches. I will come back Wednesday October 18 at 12:00 pm to perform follow up inspection on room 425. Manager stated that he would put the room out of order.
