*24: Excessive turbidity observed. Main drains were completely obstructed from view. Pool was closed. It must remain closed until a follow up inspection is conducted by this department.

26: Observed two white foam objects in the skimmer located near the exit step ladder. PIC confirmed that the objects were Mr. Erasers.

Additional Comments

Due to excessive turbidity observed in the pool during this routine inspection, the pool was closed. The pool shall remain closed until a follow inspection is conducted within 10 days by the State of TN Health Department.
