No thawed TCS food available during inspection.

Inspection initiated as a complaint of smoking inside. No guests smoking inside at time of inspection. However kitchen is used as a hallway between front bar area and back porch/patio outside; and guests smoke on patio. Smoke smell and air does infiltrate inside building and kitchen. Discussed that this may cause action in future or cause for violation of the no smoking ordinance. But no ticket or citation given today due to no persons smoking inside building.
