Complaint received 10/10/2022. Customer observed on 1/9/22 around noon an employee who had blown his nose in a food preparation area.
Person in charge knew about event and was present but is not able to say what happened as she was not observing them at the time of incident.
Reviewed with current person in charge proper designated areas to blow nose, out side of food preparation areas, and the need to wash hands before returning to food preparation area. Also reviewed that when sneezing employees should try to do so in a direction away from food while trying to cover their mouths. Any food contaminated should be disposed and employee shall wall hands before returning back to work.
