5: Ice machine on 2nd floor has trash under dispenser.

5: Ice machine on 3rd floor has black buildup where the ice is dispensed from.

7: Water from Piping in 1st floor electrical room is leaking wastewater onto the floor and walls causing mold like substance to grow on the walls in the electrical room.

7: Fresh water leak on piping on left wall in boiler room. Fresh water leak from back water heater piping.

*15: Chemical bottle not labeled in laundry room. Corrective action - pic labeled.

*20: Emergency exit door next to room 227 is stuck because it catches on the latch that is loose.

Additional Comments

Complaint answered: complaint was made about mold being in the hotel. Mold like substance was found in the electrical room on the 1st floor and in the 1st floor hallway. Pic stated that the water leaks in the hallway were fixed but a new leak was noticed in the front lobby area. PIC stated that a plumber was called to repair leak in electrical room. Re-inspection will be done within 10 days from today, 10/11.
