Item 15: housekeeing carts on 3rd floor: chemicals stored on top of carts and above single use items/clean linenen.
Item 20: rooms 407 and 223 occupied. Checked 402 -no phone, 414 does not have a phone,
Item 42: could not observe, rooms already cleaned. reginal manager said that the are using bleach in the sink, no test strips. RM stated the owner is looking into sani tabs. RM said all dishes get washed/rinsed/sanitized after each guest.
Not all critical items were corrected, will request a failure to correct and be back to check all items.
