6: Observed employee with gloves scratch face and then go back to begin food prep without handwashing or glove change. Also observed employee pick up dishes from floor and then attempt to begin food prep without handwashing or glove change. Education was provided and corrective actions made. Ensure all employees are properly trained on proper handwashing and glove use.

26: Two spray bottles of peroxide in kitchen area and bulk bottle of peroxide in kitchen observed unlabeled. Ensure all toxics are properly labeled. This was corrected during inspection.

35: Several brownies wrapped for individual sale are unlabeled in front of house. Manager stated they ran out of labels and are awaiting a resupply this afternoon. Unlabeled items were removed from front of house.

53: Multiple tiles loose in kitchen and holding standing water under tiles. Repair flooring to eliminate standing water.

54: Observed grocery bag containing food items not for retail sales in walk in on same shelf as items for sales. Maintain employee personal items in designated area to prevent contamintaion.
