18: Raw chicken in reach in cooler not within proper temp range. Pic stated he prepped chicken about 6hrs ago. Received ambient temp of 57 degrees with my thermometer. Thermometer on the outside of cooler reading 59. Pic embargoed chicken and moved other tcs foods just prepped to another cooler to cool back down. Pic will have cooler serviced.
