8: Hand wash sink in front makeline area completely obstructed by spin rack containing dough. Cos by pic moving rack to another area.
14: Qa dispenser reading 0 ppm when tested. Qa jug is more than half full. Pic unaware of any issue and unable to get dispenser to dispense any Qa. Cos by pic using bleach onhand to sanitize and placed service call for Qa dispenser. Gave pic some cl test strips as well.
35: Bin of unlabled powder in front make area. Cos by pic labeling corn meal.
37: Employee bottle of mtn dew and open can of mtn dew on shelf in wic in front of and above food products intended for public. Cos by pic discarding.
