6: Flow rate indicator is stuck.

*10: Secondt entance door is not self closing and self latching. Corrective action, person in charge will lock secondary door permanently until door is fixed. Other doors are working correctly

20: Ph at 8.2 or higher

22: Cl2 at 5ppm or higher

26: Solid feacal observed in the pool. Pool will be closed for 30 minutes. Pool operator have to scoop feacal material out and made sure cleaning materials are left in the pool to be sanitized. Pool can open back up once proper cleaning procedure is followed.

Pool will be closed until feacal matter is cleaned out of the pool.
