6: Water line tile extremely dirty located on the side closest the the guest rooms at the 4, 5, and 6 food depth markings.

6: Interior surface in poor repair. Paint coming off of the interior surface of the pool and coping. Contrasting band on underwater steps fading.

*17: No Diving sign not mounted on fence. Sign fell down behind 3 tier plastic stand. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.

*24: Excessive turbidity. Able to see main drain grates from the edge of the pool. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.

Additional Comments

Cyanuric acid level 100 ppm. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
