18: Noodles in make line cooler across from stove not within proper temp. Raw chicken and raw shrimp prepped about 2 hours prior not within proper temp range. Received an ambient temp with my thermometer inside cooler of 52 degrees. Embargoed noodles and relocated foods prepper this morning to another cooler. Pic will have cooler serviced. Pic will use another cooler until that cooler is reading proper temps.
