6: Did not observe employees wash hands. Water was turned off to hand sink and blocked by ice cooler. Employee moved ice cooler and turned on water to hand sink.

14: No sanitizer on mobile unit. Employee went to gas station to to buy sanitizer.

19: Wings below 135 degrees F. Wings reheated above 165 degrees F.

20: Potato salad, cole slaw, and bologna above 41 degrees F on make line. These items were thrown away by pic. Discussed keeping the bologna in the ric, and to put the cole slaw and potato salad on tphc policy if unable to keep at 41 degrees and below.

37: Employee drink stored above make line cooler without lid or straw.
