13: Raw chicken stored on top of ready to eat pineapple slices. Store raw meat under or seperate from ready to eat foods. This was corrected during inspection.

17: Observed rice and beans prepared yesterday in steam well at 88-120F. Person in charge stated they are taken from the walk in and placed directly into steam table. Rapidly reheat foods to 165F for hot holding at 135F. Food was reheated during inspection for peoper hot holding.

21: Multiple containers of TCS food in walk in prepared yesterday observed uncovered and without date marking. Properly date mark TCS food as required.

36: Mouse droppings observed in warewash area- on top of chemical buckets, and on floor under dishmachine. Clean/sanitize affected areas and montior for new activity. Consult with professional pest control as needed to abate vermin.

37: Multiple food containers in walk in refrigerator observed uncovered. Keep food covered to prevent contamination.

45: Gaskets in reach in refrigerator and deep freezer are in poor repair. Repair or replace gaskets. Duct tape on freezer gaskets is not an approved repair.
